Alan & Susan Carle awarded winners of Australia's Best Backyard!

Jamie Durie has just presented the Carle's with a Virgin Blue and Pacific Blue trip for four to Samoa for one week as winners of Channel Seven's Australia's Best Backyard.
Jamie said the award was an overwhelming endorsement from the viewers for the passion and work that has gone into Australia's Best Backyard.
Humbled by the experience, Susan said that it is a honour to receive an award that was totally unexpected. The Carles do not receive commercial television reception and visited their daughters home to watch their episode. Until then they did not know there was even a competition.
The Carles wish to thank all the viewers, especially those that voted for them, and to Channel Seven for hosting a programme that delves into the backyards of Australia.
